1️⃣ Exchange and Return Policy: At Al Marj Special Purposes Store, we are committed to providing the highest levels of service to ensure our customers’ satisfaction .
The customer has the right to replace or return the product provided that it is:
- Sealed and in original condition .
- Within 7 days of receiving the product .
Cases covered by replacement or return:
- The product arrived larger or smaller than requested.
- Manufacturing defects or damage to the product.
- The product material does not fit the customer.
2️⃣ Customer options after receiving the product
After receiving the product and ensuring that it meets the conditions, the customer can choose one of the following options:
- Refund the product value via bank transfer (the process takes 5 working days).
- Replace the product with a new one of the same value.
- Exchange the product for a different size to ensure a perfect fit.
3️⃣ Important notes
- The customer bears the shipping and delivery costs when requesting any exchange or return services, while the store undertakes to maintain the product free of charge in the event of defects.
- Orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not covered by the exchange or return policy.
