Exchange and Return Policy – Al Marj Private Cloak Shop
In order to ensure your satisfaction and trust, Al Marj Specialty Cloaks Store is committed to a flexible and easy exchange and return policy, to guarantee a comfortable and safe shopping experience for all our customers, whether for special clothing, cloaks, swords, shields, gifts or antiques.
1️⃣ Exchange and Return Conditions: The customer may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- It must be unwashed or altered in any way.
- It must contain all original accessories and the invoice.
2️⃣ Products not included
The following products are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Products made to order (custom-made or special designs).
- Discounted products are available in special offers if noted at the time of purchase.
Note: For custom tailoring or embroidery orders, replacement is only permitted in the event of a manufacturing defect or product damage.
3️⃣ Replacement or return procedures

4️⃣ Shipping fees
- The customer bears the shipping costs for the exchange or return, unless the error is from the store (e.g., the product is incorrect or damaged).
- If the customer's invoice includes free shipping, and he wants to return some or all of the products, the customer will bear the cost of the free delivery in addition to the return shipping cost.
5️⃣ Money back
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

6️⃣ Custom tailoring or embroidery requests
- Only detailed or embroidered pieces may be replaced in the event of manufacturing defects or damage to the product .
7️⃣ Cash on delivery
- If you choose cash on delivery, no additional order (tailoring, sewing, name writing, etc.) will be processed until an advance payment has been made to confirm the seriousness of the order.
