Exchange and return policy

Our commitment is to provide the highest levels of service, to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

Our customers have the right to exchange/return the product, provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, within 24 hours of receiving the product and in the following cases:

If the product size is too large or small.

In case of manufacturing defects or damage to the product.

If the product material does not suit the customer.

The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after we receive the product and ensure that it meets the conditions:

Refund of the product value via bank transfer, this procedure takes 5 working days.

Replace the product with any new product of the same value.

Exchange the product for a different size.

Important notes

In the event that one of the services is requested, the customer shall pay the shipping and delivery costs, and the store shall bear the cost of maintaining the product for free.

For orders outside Saudi Arabia, there is no return or exchange.
